Every designated driver holds a valid professional licence, has undergone a thorough criminal background check, and is tested for sobriety at the start of every shift. Before departure, the driver and client jointly complete a pre-drive condition inspection. The vehicle is photographed and documented. Our driver then proceeds to the agreed destination via the most direct, road-appropriate route — avoiding unmaintained roads or undue mileage. Intercity routes to Astana, Shymkent and other cities are handled on a quoted basis, with pricing confirmed before the journey begins.

For moves within Almaty — to a service centre, long-term parking, or a private address — the standard hourly tariff applies, with no minimum mileage penalty for short urban transfers.

When a vehicle can't move under its own power — whether through a collision, mechanical failure, tyre blow-out or electrical fault — the wrong recovery method can compound the damage significantly. Drive Service operates dedicated flatbed Gazelle recovery vehicles suited for everything from compact city cars to larger SUVs and light commercial vans.

Our operators coordinate with you on location, advise on the safest loading method, and transport the vehicle to your chosen destination: a repair workshop, a dealership, a private address, or a secure compound. We cover all of Almaty and its surrounding district roads, and intercity recovery routes can be arranged on request for vehicles that break down on longer journeys.

All jobs are priced transparently upfront — you receive a confirmed quote before we start, so there are no billing surprises when an already-stressful situation is finally resolved. We aim for on-site arrival in under 20 minutes for in-city breakdowns and coordinate with you continuously via phone or WhatsApp throughout the job.
